Example of 3-5 working days to despatch..
If artwork is print ready and ordered before 11am, your order will be despatched a MAXIMUM of 3-5 working days later (i.e. order on Monday before 11am, despatched by Friday for delivery by overnight courier = Monday). Delivery within the hours of 7am – 6pm.
If we receive your order AFTER 11am, the first day of production will NOT be the day you ordered, but the FOLLOWING working day because we require FULL working days for production.
Example of 24 hours to despatch..
If ordered before 11am, your order will be despatched the following working day (i.e.order on Monday before 11am, dispatched on Tuesday (24hrs later) for delivery by overnight courier = Wednesday).
Delivery will be within the hours 7am – 6pm and will require a signature. If we receive your order AFTER 11am, the first day of production will NOT be the day you ordered,but the FOLLOWING working day because we require FULL working days for production.
These examples are for customers supplying artwork that is print ready and doesn’t require us to make it “print ready”.
If your artwork needs making “print ready” by us or you are requiring us to design and create artwork for you then the turnaround time will be longer than above and is dependant on how quick the customer responds to emails/proofs sent for approval.
